LinkedIn quietly made the biggest algorithm change in the platform's history.
For years, your reach was determined by who you were connected to. Your network was your distribution.
That model is gone.
LinkedIn now runs on what they call an interest graph. It matches content to people based on topic relevance, not connection status.
What that means in plain terms:
➡️ A clear, focused post from someone with 500 connections can outperform a vague post from someone with 30,000
➡️ Topic clarity is now measurable and the algorithm rewards it
➡️ The format you choose matters more than it ever has
Most people haven't adjusted. They're still posting the way they did two years ago and wondering why their reach dropped.
It's not you. It's the rules changing underneath you.
I'm hosting a masterclass on July 7 based on Richard Van der Blom's 400-page algorithm report, distilled into the actionable insights you can use right now.
