With so many cattle wrecks happening recently here’s some info and a few pictures of wrecks we’ve done in the past few years.

We been in the clean up business since 1978, but some may not realize we’ve also been in the cattle business since the early 80’s. Started off small then in 1994 we started a much larger cattle operation. Having knowledge about cattle and other livestock has given us more knowledge to work these type of accidents we also have a ranch to take the cattle (or whatever the load might be) and properly store them, feed them and have any of them in need of a vet properly taken care of.

Anyone in this business can tell you working an accident involving livestock is different than any other wreck.
We’ve done pigs, live chickens, sheep and a lot of cattle wrecks.

We don’t have to track down cowboys or the livestock equipment we have our own. This makes the response time so much faster and they are covered by our insurance.

In the summertime minutes count, if the temperature is 95 degrees outside then inside a stationary cattle trailer it is approximately 110 - 120 degrees inside. If you own cattle and have a load of cattle turn over chances are law enforcement is not going to let you bring your own cowboys and equipment out to round them up, so have a plan in place in the event of the worst case scenario and your load turns over.

Cattle usually goes to the sale in the spring and fall, so other drivers need to be aware. Cattle loads often shift around in commute making it harder to control.

This post is in no way trying to bash anyone that’s helped work a wreck involving cattle or livestock. Just some public information.
