One of the most challenging - yet most rewarding - times of my life!! We all possess great talents and abilities within, but few even dare try to reach for what's possible...

"Your quality of thinking will ultimately determine your quality of life."

Are you satisfied with your life and the results you're getting? If the answer is "no", then my next question is, "What are you doing on a regular basis to raise your quality of thinking to a level where greater results in life can be achieved?" Are you reading quality material on a daily/weekly basis? How about listening to personal development CD's? Are you continually listening to a mentor who has the results in life that you desire? What daily habits do you currently have that hinder you from achieving better life results?

Your answers to these questions will determine whether or not your quality of life will improve in the months ahead, or continue to decline into deeper levels of hopelessness...

Quality Thinking + Quality Habits = Quality Results!!!

"Warning: when feelings become the means of our thinking, or if we cannot think greater than how we feel, we can never change. To change is to think greater than how we feel."

"No man/woman will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself, or to get all the credit for doing it." Andrew Carnegie

Leadership, by definition, cannot be a one man show. If I don't possess the humility and desire to enable me to praise others and give them credit for their success, I'll be severely handicapped in my leadership. If my ego is so big that I insist on the applause, attention, and affirmation, potential partners will leave me alone; and I will end up with only what one person can accomplish - which is often very little...

True leaders touch the heart before reaching for the hand. But afterwards, don't allow your leadership to overshadow the God given greatness your followers have within. Give way, and let their light shine for the whole world to see!

There are only three things in life that you have complete control over, and they are:

1. The thoughts you think;
2. The images you envision; and
3. The actions you take.

What you constantly "think" in conjunction with how you "think" will determine the quality of your results. If you hate your results, then first change the way you think!

What you constantly "imagine" will almost always come true because what you constantly "envision" over time will either generate positive energy or negative energy. If you are tired of the negative energy that exists in your daily life, then it's time to change the mental picture that you consistently imagine!

How you consistently "act" usually reveals to others the quality of your character as well as the level of success you've achieved in life. Have you ever experienced being in a room, and when someone of great character walks in, everyone in the room "feels" it? But on the flip-side, what does everyone "feel" when a person that everyone dislikes walks into the room? Usually, the feeling is not good!! So the question is: Does your presence uplift others, or do people feel much better when you're not around? Knowing the real answer to this question can be quite humbling...

So again, the thoughts you think, the images you envision, and the actions you take are the only three (3) areas in this life that you have complete control over. Improving yourself in all three areas will most certainly produce a quality of life that others will be inspired by, and will constantly have them turning to you for guidance when they need a mentor the most!

"A winner is someone who sets his goals, commits himself to those goals, and then pursues these goals with all the ability given him."

If you're constantly finding yourself feeling like a loser, my first question to you would be: What goals you are trying to achieve, and then, what reasonable game plan have you laid forth that is designed to help you achieve those goals? Failure in reaching our goals most often starts with our inability to lay forth effective game plans. Just food for thought!!

"Make sure that the things you're committed to are producing the results you're expecting."

What are the things that you consistently do on a daily basis that are not creating the positive results you want? Discovering the answer to this question can be life changing!!!
