Vanessa Siliezar Creator of Energies of Brilliance™ | Helping high-capacity women build lives and businesses that support them back. But then, something shifted within me.

Your brilliance was never meant to become burnout. Just a few years ago, I found myself filled with self-doubt and uncertainty about my own entrepreneurial path. I had a deep desire to make a meaningful impact, but I lacked the clarity and confidence to turn my ideas into reality. I made a commitment to overcome my fears and push beyond my comfort zone. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, seeking out resources, mentors, and like-minded individuals who could guide and inspire me. Through this process, I began to cultivate a deep sense of self-belief and resilience. I discovered my unique strengths and talents, and I learned how to leverage them to create a thriving business. I gained the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the challenges and setbacks that inevitably arise along the entrepreneurial path. Today, I stand as a testament to what is possible when you commit to your dreams and refuse to let self-doubt hold you back. I have successfully launched and grown my own business, experiencing the joy and fulfillment that comes from building something from the ground up. Now, I am passionate about supporting other women and non-binary entrepreneurs on their own transformative journeys. I am here to provide guidance, mentorship, and practical strategies that can help you overcome obstacles, find clarity in your vision, and unlock your full potential. Remember, you are not alone in your struggles. With the right mindset, resources, and support, you too can embark on a transformational journey that leads to entrepreneurial success and personal fulfillment.

Labor Day has me thinking about the kind of labor that often goes unnamed.

The emotional labor.
The mental labor.
The invisible responsibility.
The “I’ll just handle it” energy.
The quiet pressure of being the person everyone knows can figure it out.

And I want to offer this gently:

Just because you can carry something does not mean it belongs only to you.

That is part of what we’ll be exploring in my upcoming workshop.

We’ll look at where your life or business may currently depend too much on you, what is costing you the most, and what kind of support needs to become more specific.

There are 3 ways to join:

Free live workshop access
Live workshop + workbook
Full support bundle with workbook, private audio training, and replay

We already have 3 people joining, and I’m so excited for the small group for thoughtful, spacious conversation this is becoming.

Come apply this to the places where your life or business currently depends too much on you.

Your brilliance was never meant to become burnout.

Capability is a gift.

But when your capability becomes the backup plan, the reminder system, the emotional container, and the reason things keep moving… it starts to feel like weight.

You are not wrong for being capable.

But your brilliance was never meant to become burnout.

Support becomes real when it becomes specific:
Who owns what?
What happens when you are unavailable?
Where are you the default solution?
What system only works because you keep catching it?

This is what we’ll explore inside Build What Holds You.

If you’re ready to look at what you’re carrying and what kind of support would actually change the load, join me here:

Yesterday I was late to my own workshop.

Not because I forgot about it.

Because I remembered the time wrong.

As soon as I realized what happened, I immediately started beating myself up. Then I caught myself.

I apologized.
I taught the workshop anyway.
I recorded it and sent the replay to everyone who registered.

It wasn't the workshop I had envisioned, but it reminded me of something I think so many of us need to hear:

We don't always have a capability problem.

Sometimes we have a support problem.

This week I found myself reflecting on emotional labor, healing, AI, entrepreneurship, and what it really means to build support that honors your energy instead of expecting you to carry everything alone.

Being human means we'll make mistakes.

Building support means those mistakes don't have to define us.

I shared the full story in this week's Substack, along with why I believe entrepreneurs don't just trade time for money - we trade energy for money.

If you've ever felt like you should be able to hold it all together because you're "the capable one," I wrote this for you.

Someone just booked with me, and I’m always honored when someone chooses to pause long enough to be supported.

So many high-capacity people are carrying full lives, full minds, full responsibilities, and still wondering why they feel exhausted.

Your brilliance was never meant to become burnout.

If you’ve been feeling mentally overloaded, stuck in transition, unsure of your next step, or tired of trying to figure everything out alone, you’re welcome to book a conversation.

We’ll start with what feels most present and create a little more clarity from there.

At this event, and the lovely Aisha Thee Blessed1 put the playlist on I heard the chirp of Nikki Baker’s Gaia and I reached out to express gratitude because I listed that song as my current favorite song.

Earlier this month, I spoke at Empower Your Potential.

My talk was called:
You Weren’t Meant to Hold It All

And almost immediately, I knew this conversation needed more space.

Not because the talk was incomplete.

Because the topic was too important to only be heard once and moved past.

High-capacity people do not just need to be told they are carrying too much.

They need space to name what they are carrying.
They need language for the invisible load.
They need to understand where their brilliance shines with less force.
They need to notice what kinds of work cost more.
They need to distinguish between temporary relief and real support.

They need a place to ask:
What would actually help my life or business hold me back?

That is why I created the July 11th workshop:
You Weren’t Meant to Hold It All: Build What Holds You

This workshop is for high-capacity people who are tired of building around endurance and ready to create support based on how their brilliance actually works.

We’ll explore:
what you’ve been carrying
where your energy may be leaking
how your brilliance naturally expresses itself
where your dominant Energy shines with less force
where support needs to exist
the difference between relief and real support
one small supportive shift you can begin with now

There are three ticket options:
Free: live workshop access
$17: live workshop + workbook
$27: full support bundle with workbook, private audio training, and replay

This is not about doing more.

It is about building what holds you.

In my Empower Your Potential talk, I introduced the Energies of Brilliance™ framework.

And this is one of the pieces I want to keep clarifying:
Your dominant Energy of Brilliance™ is not your whole identity.

You are not only one thing.
You are the brilliance.

The Energies are the different ways your brilliance expresses itself.

I think of it like a diamond.
The whole diamond is your brilliance.
The Energies are the facets.

And your dominant Energy is the facet that tends to catch the light most naturally.

It is where your effort often has the highest return with the lowest internal cost.

This matters because a lot of high-capacity people try to force every facet to shine the same way.

They expect themselves to create, implement, decide, communicate, support, lead, recover, and keep going at the same level all the time.

But not every kind of work costs you the same.

Your dominant Energy shows where to build from.

Your higher-cost Energies show where support needs to exist.

That is not weakness.
That is design.

And this is one of the reasons the talk needed to become a workshop.

Because this is not just something to understand intellectually.

It is something to reflect on and apply.

That’s what we’ll do on July 11 inside:
You Weren’t Meant to Hold It All: Build What Holds You

Last week, I spoke at Empower Your Potential, and I’m still reflecting on what that experience opened up for me.

My talk was called:

You Weren’t Meant to Hold It All

And while I was speaking, I could feel something clearly:

This conversation needed more room.

Not because the talk was incomplete.

But because some conversations are not meant to only be heard.

They are meant to be worked through.

They need space.
Reflection.
Questions.
Integration.
A place for people to see themselves inside the idea.

And honestly, this realization mirrored something I’m learning in my own process.

For a long time, I’ve been someone who can see the bigger vision quickly.

I can imagine the full ecosystem.
The future version.
The deeper framework.
The next layer.
The thing it could become.

But sometimes, when the vision is so big, I can get stuck trying to reverse engineer the whole thing before I let the first version live.

And that can become its own form of overholding.

The idea stays in my head.
The strategy keeps evolving.
The language keeps refining.
The “almost ready” version keeps moving further away.

But Empower Your Potential reminded me of something important:

Sometimes you don’t build the big thing first.

Sometimes you do something brave first.

You speak.
You share.
You test the message.
You let the room respond.
You notice what wants more space.

And then you build the smaller, repeatable container that can hold the next layer.

That is what this workshop is.

You Weren’t Meant to Hold It All: Build What Holds You is the workshop version of the talk I gave last week.

It is a guided space for high-capacity people who are ready to stop building around endurance and begin creating support based on how their brilliance actually works.

We’ll explore:

what you’ve been carrying
where your energy may be leaking
how your brilliance naturally expresses itself
where your dominant Energy may help you shine with less force
and what kind of support would help your life or business hold you back

Because brilliance without a container can become overwhelm.

Creativity without structure can become spinning.

Insight without implementation can become another place we hide.

And your brilliance was never meant to become burnout.

The workshop is happening July 11.

Free and paid ticket options are available.
