At Clickstop, being an employee-owner means more than a title. It means knowing how ownership works.

This fall, our team has been taking part in a two-part series on learning what it means to be an employee-owner through our ESOP 101 and our Share Price Workshop to learn the basics, ask questions, and see how everyday work builds long-term value we all share.

When we take time to learn how ownership works, we can see how our choices shape the company's future. And that future belongs to all of us.

October is National Employee Ownership Month, and at Clickstop there's a lot to celebrate. 🥳✨

For Clickstop, 2025 brought the biggest one-year jump in our ESOP share price since we became employee-owned. The people who built that growth are the people who share in it.

2025 at a glance:
- 38 employees became eligible ESOP participants for the first time

- 170+ employees are now eligible participants

- 100+ employee-owners are fully vested

We also celebrated our newest class of employees who reached 100% vesting. For them, that ownership is now fully their own.

Employee ownership is more than a benefit. It's how we build value over the long term, share in what we achieve, and keep a culture where everyone has a stake in where we go next.
