We are committed to improving the manufacturing process through the use of automation & tech Founded in 2007 and started in a small pole barn in Richland, MI.

MCM is a Plastic Injection Molding company that continues to grow throughout the years. At this time there was just one job, one 55 Ton Arburg Allrounder 320C Golden Injection Molding Machine, and one employee to manage the day-to-day operations. From 2008-2011 MCM moved to Galesburg, MI into a larger facility, and then purchased two additional machines. In 2012-2014 due to rapid growth of the com

pany, MCM moved to Vicksburg, MI to a new 10,000 sq ft facility, and quickly purchased more injection molding machine and other equipment. In 2015 MCM added 15,000 sq ft to the current facility, increasing total company size to 25,000 sq ft. In 2016 MCM made another expansion to put us at a whopping total of 45,000 sq ft, and a total of 14 injection molding machines. By 2019 MCM had grown to 17 injection molding machines, four six-axis robots, and several pickers. Again in 2020 MCM's growth kept climbing and created need for 4 more injection molding machines, another robot, another CNC cutting machine, and approval for another 30,000 sq ft. In 2022 MCM was FINALLY home at last! Officially moved into Vicksburg Facilities, and added more presses over 500T, and a bridge crane for larger molds. Today MCM is still thriving, continuing to grow, and making an impact in Plastics industries such as automotive, medical, food, and cannabis industries.

We love supporting Generous Hands and the incredible work they do for our community! 💙 Our team was thrilled to drop off 311.6 lbs of snacks and peanut butter to help fill the Power Packs for local kids.

A huge shoutout to Jody and Ryan for delivering and unloading the bounty!

👕 A massive shoutout to our 2nd Shift team for raising the most money during our "Wear Your Own T-Shirt Fridays"! Thanks to everyone's participation across the company, we raised $485, which MCM match of $515 to make a grand total donation of $1,000!

We are so proud of our ongoing partnership with Generous Hands and grateful for a team that always steps up to give back. Together, we can make a big difference! 🥨😋❤️

❤️ Safety First at MCM! ❤️

Shoutout to the MCM team members who leveled up their skills this month during our CPR & AED Safety Training!

From mastering chest compressions to learning how to confidently deploy an AED, our team put in the work to ensure we are prepared to save lives if an emergency ever arises.

Whether on the production floor, in the office, or out in the community, safety is always our top priority. Our team is now certified, confident, and ready to lend a helping hand when it matters most.

A huge thank you to our instructor for a fantastic, informative session! We are so proud of our team's commitment to safety and preparedness. 🩺💪

🚀 Moving Forward: Big Milestones on Site! 🚀

If you’ve been by the facility lately, you’ve probably noticed some massive changes! Our building expansion is moving fast, and we are incredibly proud of the progress taking shape right before our eyes.

As you can see in the attached images, the hard work on-site is paying off with some major project milestones:

Solid Foundations: The concrete is poured and set, giving us a strong base for everything to come. 🧱

Going Vertical: With steel deliveries arriving, the framework is officially up, and the new structure is finally visible! 🏗️

A New Welcome: Ground has officially been broken for our upcoming new employee entrance.🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

Every beam raised and foot of concrete poured brings us closer to expanding our capabilities and our team. A massive shoutout to the crews working hard on-site to keep us moving forward safely! 🛠️💪

Things are moving fast on-site! It’s been just a few weeks since the excavators first arrived, and the transformation is already incredible. We’ve shifted from moving dirt to prepping the foundation, and you can really start to see the footprint of our new space taking shape.

We are so excited to see this project progressing on schedule. This expansion is a huge milestone for us, giving our team the room we need to keep growing and innovating.

A big shoutout to our team for navigating the construction zones and keeping things running smoothly inside while we build out the future outside. Stay tuned—the best is yet to arrive! 🚀

Our shop floor just got a serious upgrade. 💥 We are incredibly excited to welcome this new Haitian 337-ton injection molding machine to the family.

This is more than just a new piece of equipment; it's a testament to our growth and our promise to keep delivering the very best for our customers. We’re pushing boundaries and ready for new challenges!

Nothing brings the team together like good food and great company! 🥪 We had a fantastic time at our Q1 Luncheon on Monday, celebrating a successful start to the year and the people who make it happen.

A huge highlight of the afternoon was celebrating Roy’s 10-year anniversary with the company! 🏆 Roy, thank you for a decade of hard work, leadership, and dedication. We are so lucky to have you on the team. Drop a congratulations in the comments for Roy!
