Miniature Custom Manufacturing (MCM) is growing, and we are looking for dedicated team members to join our Operations and Manufacturing teams in Vicksburg, MI!

We currently have immediate openings for the following roles:

- Operator (Level 1, 2, or 3): Responsible for operating injection molding presses or CNC equipment, performing manual assembly, and ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and safety.

- Utility Drain & Clean: Performs a variety of warehouse and production support duties, including material handling, managing machine inventory, operating a forklift, and maintaining cleanliness.

- Supervisor / Process Technician: A manufacturing leadership role responsible for managing daily floor operations, driving continuous improvement, providing technical support, and troubleshooting processes.

BIG UPDATES! 🚧🏗️

We are thrilled to share some major updates on the facility expansion and upgrades that have been underway throughout 2026! Our team is growing, and so is our home.

✨ Employee Entrance Transformation:
We've completely revamped the employee entryway. What started as a simple concrete pad has evolved into a brand-new, weather-protected entrance with steel framing and a new roof structure. Take a look at the journey below.

🚜 Silo Installation Completed:
MCM has some new giants on site! We've successfully installed three large-capacity silos to boost our production capabilities. The multi-step process, from delivery to the final lift by a massive crane!

🏢 Building Expansion Underway:
Our new facility addition is really taking shape. The collage shows the incredible transformation, from initial groundwork and land clearing to the er****on of the main steel structure and now siding!

We're incredibly proud of this growth, which will allow us to better serve our clients and provide a more modern, efficient workspace for our team.

A huge thank you to our construction partners for their hard work and to our staff for their patience during this exciting time of change!

Today, we pause to reflect on the freedoms we hold dear and the resilient communities that bring us all together. We are incredibly grateful for our hardworking team and the wonderful community here in Vicksburg that we are so proud to be a part of. ❤️🤍💙

As you gather with family and friends to celebrate, we want to make sure everyone has a fun and safe holiday. If your festivities include a backyard show, please keep these essential firework safety tips in mind:

🎇 Keep Water Close: Always have a bucket of water or a garden hose ready in case of a mishap.
🎇 One at a Time: Light fireworks one at a time, and move back quickly to a safe distance immediately after lighting.
🎇 Ditch the Duds: Never try to relight or pick up fireworks that haven't ignited fully. Douse them in water instead.
🎇 Protect Kids & Pets: Ensure children are kept at a safe distance from the ignition area. Remember that loud noises can cause anxiety for our furry friends, so it's often best to keep pets safely indoors!
🎇 Soak Before Tossing: Once fireworks have finished burning, douse the spent device with plenty of water before throwing it away to prevent a trash fire.
