We Replaced a plugged 12” cross pipe with a new 15”pipe, rough graded the washed out logging road, cleaned up the ditch and added some water-breaks to help direct the water and maintain access through this property.

Here’s some pictures from some of our own flooding we experienced in Tyrone. Storm damage cleanup and repair can be muddy and messy, but getting the job done and regaining access is always the first step. When you don’t have access to stone and other materials you have to make do with what you’ve got.

We had to battle some rock and wet weather to get this septic system and waterline installed on this beautiful piece of ground. This job consisted of installing a new tank, moving and resetting an existing tank, re-designing the original pump setup, installing both 4” gravity and 2” pump lines, installing a pump/float setup, running conduit to both the pump tank and the well, and installing a waterline to the well.

Throwback to a job we completed for Rider's Outdoor Property Maintenance in 2025. We were Happy help to transform this homeowners property and create more space for a garage and parking. This job included stripping topsoil, cut/fill for a garage and parking pad, adding under-drain and stone to keep water away from basement, installing culvert pipe to divert an old spring away from the pad, cutting slopes to a mow-able grade and replacing and finish grading the topsoil.
