Yesterday morning reminded us why we created Sunrise Sessions!

Before most people had started their workday, this incredible group gathered to have a conversation that many of us spend far too much time avoiding...

Avoidance.

Together, we explored the hidden costs of putting off difficult conversations, important decisions, courageous action, and the things we know need our attention. Participants identified the one thing they're avoiding right now, reflected on the true cost of waiting, and committed to a next step.

There was honesty, vulnerability, some powerful "aha" moments, and perhaps most importantly, there was action.

A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such an engaging morning. Your openness and willingness to lean into discomfort made the experience what it was.

The journey continues on Tuesday, August 25, when Sunrise Sessions returns with our next theme: Clarity
