We're feeling SO very honored and grateful to do the work we do and partner with incredible clients making an immense difference for those they serve.

A few things we're celebrating right now:

A year-long "Level Up" Program with multiple full-day sessions, virtual follow-up sessions, and multi-cohorts with leading technology provider Vertikal6. Our CEO and Founder Tim Hebert is leading these sessions at the Dirigo Center, and the V6 team has been incredibly engaged, enthusiastic, and a pleasure.

We were honored to speak before 180 participants with the Massachusetts Child Care Resource and Referral Network at Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg, MA. Led by our Partner & Principal Facilitator Garry Foisy, the session focused on behavioral accountability and effective communication. The MACCR&R group was wonderfully engaged, embraced the concepts enthusiastically, and brought great energy. Half of them even wore wolf ears during the session! :)

We're thrilled to be working with several organizations to build their next 3-5 year strategic plans. Our Partner & Principal Facilitator Dave Ramsden is leading projects with The Fogarty Center, OSHEAN, Family Behavior Solutions, Inc, and recently completed plans with Community Provider Network of Rhode Island, Frank Olean Center, West Bay RI, and Gateways to Change. These projects continue to inspire us as we witness leaders committed to evolving impactful organizations and serving their communities with excellence.

We’re excited to announce the re-launch of Sunrise Sessions™ at the Dirigo Center!

In a world that constantly pulls people into reaction mode, Sunrise Sessions are designed to help individuals slow down, think intentionally, practice progress over perfection, and strengthen the way they lead — all before 9:00 AM.

Sunrise Sessions will take place on the fourth Tuesday of each month, creating an ongoing opportunity for leaders and teams to continue growing together throughout the year. Our first session kicks off on Tuesday, June 23rd.

Our June session explores: Default Mode vs. Intentional Leadership

This experience is valuable not only for senior leaders, but also for managers, supervisors, emerging leaders, and staff members who would benefit from strengthening communication, self-awareness, decision-making, and intentional leadership behaviors.
