Sunrise Sessions are monthly 90-minute interactive experiences designed to help strengthen how we think, communicate, lead, and respond under pressure.

Grab a coffee, enjoy light morning pastries, and spend time exercising your leadership muscles alongside other growth-minded professionals in an engaging, practical, and energizing environment.

This is not a lecture or networking event.

We’re excited to announce the re-launch of Sunrise Sessions™ at the Dirigo Center!

In a world that constantly pulls people into reaction mode, Sunrise Sessions are designed to help individuals slow down, think intentionally, practice progress over perfection, and strengthen the way they lead — all before 9:00 AM.

Sunrise Sessions will take place on the fourth Tuesday of each month, creating an ongoing opportunity for leaders and teams to continue growing together throughout the year. Our first session kicks off on Tuesday, June 23rd.

Our June session explores: Default Mode vs. Intentional Leadership

This experience is valuable not only for senior leaders, but also for managers, supervisors, emerging leaders, and staff members who would benefit from strengthening communication, self-awareness, decision-making, and intentional leadership behaviors.

If you and/or any team members are interested, this is a powerful and accessible way to invest in practice and development.
