What a Conference! What a Team!

It was an incredible conference in Miami last month, and our My Place Hotel team absolutely rocked it! 🌴🏆

They came home with some serious hardware to prove it — and we couldn’t be prouder of the dedication, hard work, and commitment our teams bring to their properties and communities every day.

We even had a superstar on stage representing us on the QA Panel! And, for the first time, Venerts Hotel Management itself was recognized with an award! We are incredibly honored.

Here’s what our amazing teams brought home:

🏆 My Place Hotel – Watertown
• Community Contributor Award
• QA stage super star panel member - Sarah

🏆 My Place Hotel – Twin Falls
• Community Contributor Award
• Commitment to Cleanliness
• QA Elite

🏆 My Place Hotel – Mitchell
• QA Elite
• Commitment to Cleanliness
• Excellence in Service
• Community Contributor Award

🏆 Venerts Hotel Management
• Community Contributor Award

So much to celebrate and so many people to thank! ❤️

Congratulations to every team member who helped make these achievements possible. Your hard work, commitment, and heart are what make the difference every day.

Living our motto - Teamwork from the TEAM that works!

Happy 2-Year Work Anniversary to our General Manager, Amye at the Country Inn & Suites in Green Bay, WI!
Because of her love for high-end fashion and open-road Freedom, we figured a leader this iconic deserved her very own custom AM aka LV logo!
Happy Work Anniversary!

Every once in a while, a little handwritten note can mean more than any five-star review.

One of our guests left this sweet note in their room after a long day of travel.

And just like that… our day got a whole lot better. ❤️

To our housekeeping and hotel team at the 𝐌𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐈𝐃
— thank you for creating those clean, cozy rooms and making guests feel at home. Your hard work matters, and our guests notice!

And to our wonderful guest in Room #304 — thank YOU for taking the time to leave a handwritten note. It truly means the world to us! 📝💙
