Meet the Team: Brittany Hyder (Assistant Security Director of Large Venues and Office Assistant)

Every day over the next week, we want to take the time out and introduce our office team members, thank them, and we have added their experiences since being employed with the company.

At Koda Group, our success is built on the dedication, versatility, and hard work of the people who make up our team. Today, we are excited to introduce Brittany Hyder, who has been an important part of the Koda Group family since September 13, 2022! Her contributions to the company are truly an asset.

Brittany currently serves as the Assistant Security Director of Large Venues, where she plays an important role in supporting our security operations. In addition to her responsibilities in security, she manages our concert schedule, helps onboard new team members, and is always willing to lend a hand wherever the office needs assistance. Her contributions don't stop there! Brittany also supports our tree and snow removal company, demonstrating her versatility and willingness to step in wherever she is needed.

Since joining Koda Group, Brittany has embraced opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Her willingness to explore different areas of the company and wear many hats has allowed her to develop valuable skills, expand her knowledge, and become an integral part of our day-to-day operations.

When asked what she appreciates most about being part of Koda Group, Brittany shared that she has always felt like she was joining a family rather than simply starting a job. The welcoming and supportive environment has made a lasting impression on her, giving her countless opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. She values the chance to step outside her comfort zone, build confidence in her abilities, and develop meaningful relationships along the way.

Brittany especially appreciates being part of a company that values teamwork, encourages growth, and allows its employees to become the best versions of themselves. She recognizes how much her time at Koda Group has shaped who she is today and is grateful for the experiences, challenges, and relationships that have contributed to her journey.
