Sometimes the tow truck gets to be part of the pit crew. Glad we could help get Big Red to Minnesota and to the pull on time!

Here's an update on last two weeks, lol. I call it Big Red, kids call it Clifford. Last week I called it a Piece of $hit. Going to a pull in MN and it became lazy, so I made plans up there and got towed rest of way. I was running solo this trip but when I got to pull location, a few helping hands were on deck and I believe I backed up to starting line 45 seconds late. I was still ready before any tractors pulled up there. Moral of story, I had a major set back and had to get towed up there, unhooked and was still ready on time!! Also would like to thank Blondie and Dagwood for offering any assistance I would need. Most of the pulling community is a close family and to that im thankful!! P.S. was fixed next morning with a new ECM. Thanks for great work North Central International. On a side note, I did get very good mileage on way up there to the pull. Smile everyone, I was when it was back on its feet.

It’s all in the setup.

With the outriggers down and the truck stabilized, our heavy-duty crew can safely put the boom to work. It’s a routine part of the job, but an important one every time.

Repairs don’t always happen at the shop.

We provide on-site truck and trailer repair — including roadside calls, job sites, and DOT inspection stations.

When an issue puts your truck out of service, our team can come to you, diagnose the problem, and make repairs on-site when possible to help get you safely back on the road.

Today's service call: Tiger transport trailer.

Chris did spend a few minutes meowing at the tigers before getting to work...

He also asked if he could bring one back as the new Tony's Tire shop mascot.

One phone call to our insurance agent later, and that idea was shut down pretty quick.

When a truck ends up where it shouldn't, getting it back on the road is only half the job.

The priority is protecting the scene, minimizing additional damage, and getting traffic moving again. Every recovery comes with a different set of challenges, which is why there's no one-size-fits-all approach.

That's the kind of work we take pride in.
