After five years, the WOW Awards made a triumphant return on Thursday, August 27 at The Belgrove Resort & Spa. Over 200 community leaders, elected officials, and guests gathered for an unforgettable High Tea honoring the exceptional Women of Worth shaping Palm Beach County.

Guests kicked off the afternoon supporting local, women-owned vendors, including Charm Pop Party Co, The Spa Dress, Sunny + Salty Swimwear, and Wildflower Granola.

We were proud to celebrate our five phenomenal 2026 WOW Award winners:

- Corporate: Dr. Sarit Levy (CEO, Synergy University)
- Education: Dr. Jolande Morgan (Chief of Staff, The School District of Palm Beach County)

The Women of Worth Awards High Tea will be held at The Belgrove Resort and Spa on Thursday, August 27th from 2:00pm-4:00pm.

The WOW Awards celebrates exceptional women who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievement, leadership, and dedication to excellence.

These honorees are recognized not only by their success in their respective fields, but also for the example they set through their vision, perseverance, and commitment to making a difference while fostering meaningful connections, collaboration, and opportunities for growth across the region.

Our featured keynote speaker this year will be the incredible Desiree Karnis Reavis, Regional Director of Multifamily for Florida at Kastle Systems. With years of experience as a business executive and community leader, Desiree is an accomplished speaker featured in popular TEDx talks series, a passionate champion for women and youth, and a trailblazer dedicated to empower our community.

Congratulations to the Leadership CPB Class of 2026 on completing their final session!

We started at The Village of Wellington with breakfast, a recap of the Village's progress highlighting new and exciting projects coming to the area, and a thoughtful discussion about property tax legislation and its direct impact on our community.

Next, we visited the Palm Beach County School District, where Superintendent Mike Burke shared an informative overview of public education in Palm Beach County. His presentation highlighted the district's continued progress and expanding educational opportunities, including career and technical education programs.

From there, we headed to Palm Beach International Airport for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience. The class watched air traffic controllers in action, toured the control tower, and gained a firsthand look at how the airport's skilled team keeps aircraft arriving and departing safely.

Our final stop was at Joe DiMaggio Children's Health Specialty Center in Wellington, where we toured the facility and learned about the exceptional care and specialized services they provide to families across the region.

What an incredible way to wrap up this year's Leadership CPB Program!
