Struggling with headaches? We wish people knew...
40% of people deal with headaches. That's 3.1 billion people worldwide🤯. And it's not just adults. 20% of kids ages 5–17 get them too, some before they even start school.
Let's debunk what society thinks is normal.... Headaches are common yes, but NOT normal.
A headache is a signal that something in your body's off. Your nervous system is also telling you something's off. Reaching for meds quiets that signal without addressing what's causing it.
That's where our care comes in- We look at the root problem: is it emotional, physical, stress, toxic load, etc...
So instead of asking "how do I make this stop," we ask: what's happening in the brain, spine, nervous system that's creating this in the first place?
