Dear William Raveis Family,
We opened our first Florida office 10 years ago in my hometown of Naples. It started with my vision to expand the company outside the Northeast, with Matt & Molly Lane to help build our Southern footprint from scratch. Our theme is growth and hiring top agents like Tom Campbell, Richard Prebish, Frank Sajtar, Dante DiSabato, John Paul Prebish, Rex Miller, Lesley Garlock and these are only a few who joined early on. We’ve got the best agents in the business!

Five years ago, we expanded to the East Coast: Palm Beach, Jupiter Island, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach. Dear William Raveis Family,

One of the joys of leading a family business for 52 years is working alongside my two sons, Chris and Ryan – they’re the best in the business, and now my granddaughter Charlotte Raveis is learning the ropes!

Charlotte will be finishing her summer internship at William Raveis HQ before heading back to Boston College this fall. We’ve invited her to sit in on our Executive Team discussions, and Charlotte frequently joins Chris in the field. Last week, they visited Cape Cod and Nantucket, with over 100 agents, sales managers, and support teams turning out to network, have fun, and learn what’s new at William Raveis.

In two short weeks, we’ll be rolling out our beautiful new marketing campaign. Please watch Chris’s TV Commercial for October where he explains our value proposition with Elite Concierge Services and The Highest Standard because Who Represents You Matters…it’s terrific. Next week, I’ll present the entire 2026-27 Media Campaign, including a month-by-month schedule for TV, streaming, and radio commercials, print ads, direct mail, social media, along with a sneak peek at our exciting new website video…stay tuned!

Everyone is rowing in the same direction with Raveis365+ and Cloze. Along with my summer roadshow and Chris and Ryan’s local office visits, Christa Ross (SVP of Career Development) is following up with hands-on training opportunities. Together, our objective is 100% of our sales force using Cloze by Sept 30—no one left behind.
