⚡ OPEN POSITIONS
🔹 Fiber Optic Splicing Manager
Lead crews, coordinate projects, maintain quality standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.
🔹 Fiber Optic Splicing Technicians
Perform ribbon and loose-tube splicing, testing, troubleshooting, restoration, enclosure work, and accurate project documentation.

🔥 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Fiber splicing and testing experience
• Familiarity with OTDR, power meters, fusion splicers, and related equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel or work flexible hours when projects require it
• Leadership experience for the manager position
