The sensors on this solar system in Providence were measuring the wrong wires, so the system thought the house and the solar were one giant appliance. That's like your bathroom scale weighing you AND the dog. 🐕 We moved them, reset them, flipped switches to prove it, and now it knows exactly who's making power and who's eating it. Fun fact: a solar mount with no sealant in it is just a very expensive hole. 🕳️ This roof had three of them, plus four footings so wet they qualified as a water feature. ⛲ Our crew pulled the soggy ones, flashed everything, added new track and eight deck anchors, and filled the mounts somebody forgot to fill. Leak paths: closed. Moral: pick the right crew at Step One, or meet us at Step 27 with a bucket. 🪣 508-4-ECOGEN

The scariest thing we've seen this Halloween season? 🎃 A brand-new EV plugged into a regular 120-volt outlet, charging at the speed of a zombie with a sprained ankle. 🧟

A Level 2 charger runs on a 240-volt circuit (that's our meter reading 240 on an install in Worcester), so you wake up to a charged car instead of a fright.
