As a Personal Attendant with InClusion Services, you will provide daily direct supervision of children and/or adults with developmental disabilities on a 1-on-1 care in their own homes, helping them keep their independence and improving their quality of life.

High School Diploma or GED
Valid CA Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
Vehicle Insurance
CA Vehicle Registration
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to bend, kneel, run, stoop, and other physical movements
Driving to various work sites
Job Duties:
Duties of a personal attendant include but not limited to the following:
Must be willing to deal and work with individuals with intense and challenging behaviors
Supervising
Scheduling of Medical Appointments
Assisting with Meal Preparation
Money Management
Shopping for groceries or other personal Items
Feeding
Dressing a child or person who needs assistance due to advanced age, physical disability, or mental deficiency.
Monitors services and individuals' progress in relation to establishing goals and objectives per individuals plans.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general regulations.
Able to speak English and any language based on individual needs.
Ability to use independent judgment during services and emergencies.
Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment
