A friend asked me a question recently that stuck with me.

He said, "At what point do you feel like you've finally got things figured out?"

I laughed because I don't know anyone who feels that way.

Most of the people I respect the most are still learning, adapting, and making adjustments as life changes around them.

When we're younger, it's easy to think there will be a point where everything becomes clear.

The reality is that new responsibilities replace old ones.

Career goals evolve.

Families grow.

Priorities change.

The target keeps moving.

What I've come to appreciate is that success isn't about having all the answers. It's about being willing to keep learning and making thoughtful decisions as life unfolds.

That's true in business, relationships, and just about every other area of life.
