Delaware’s recent Youth Care and Placement special report raises serious concerns about children temporarily staying in state offices because appropriate placements are unavailable.

These findings highlight why housing options matter throughout a young person’s transition into adulthood.

Through Jones Pathways for Youth, Jones Property Company offers furnished independent living housing for eligible young adults ages 18–21, including those transitioning out of foster care. Our program serves young adults who can manage their daily needs independently and have verified income or approved financial support.

We welcome connections with case managers, independent living providers, and community partners helping young adults plan their next step.
