⚔️🇺🇸 // Today is Women Veterans Day (June 12)
As someone who has always advocated for women and women veterans. I will continue to be a loud voice, even if it makes people uncomfortable.

Through both observation and lived experience, I know there are still disparities that deserve awareness. The challenges facing women veterans are layered and complex, and support often requires a more individualized approach.

Too often, women veterans are dismissed, labeled, or punished—not only for exhibiting symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, or moral injury—but sometimes simply for speaking up about them. And unfortunately, some of the greatest barriers women face can come from within their own circles.

That is why I firmly believe in reaching back into the valley.
It's also one of the reasons I built the IGNITE-human performance/resilience initiative within Kaleo Group.

So I will continue to educate. I will continue to advocate
And I will continue to be a voice for women warriors.

Because what I do know, is what may feel like being buried…is often God planting something greater........⚔️You are not invisible.

Happy Women Veterans Day to every woman who served. 🇺🇸
