Another day in the office… but our office doesn’t always look like an office!

Today’s “office” was out in the community, observing our client in their natural environment and getting a better understanding of what everyday life really looks like. 🐴🏡🌾

Community observations allow our BCBAs to see skills, challenges, routines, and opportunities for growth as they naturally occur—not just in a clinical setting.

At Old Town ABA, we believe meaningful support happens where life happens. Whether that’s at home, in the community, at school, or through telehealth, our consultants meet clients where they are and build recommendations that fit their real lives.

Five years ago, Old Town ABA began with a vision that was incredibly personal to our CEO and founder, Rachel.

Rachel’s brother, Michael, who has autism has inspired her based on her experiences with him to create something different—a company that could support individuals like Michael and their families with compassion, understanding, and individualized care.

Five years of growth. Five years of relationships. Five years of families trusting us to be part of their journey.

And behind every number and milestone are the people who make Old Town ABA what it is—the incredible consultants, team members, families, and individuals who have believed in us and helped shape this company along the way.

Looking back, we are reminded that the heart of Old Town ABA has always been about people.
