Growth isn't driven by data and technology alone. It starts with people – and investing in the next generation of talent. This summer, we both grateful to welcome 34 talented interns as they begin their across our Winston-Salem, Chicago, and Grand Prairie offices.

As our interns take on their second official week, they are finding themselves fully immersed in the Inmar experience: From seamlessly setting up resources with our IT team to hearing from leaders across the organization, they've had the opportunity to learn about our business, culture, and the impact we strive to make every day for our clients, partners, and communities.

Over the coming months, they’ll gain hands-on experience, collaborate on meaningful projects, present their ideas to leaders, and make valuable contributions across the business. Most importantly, they'll continue developing the skills, relationships, and experiences that will help shape their future.

A special thank you to everyone who has helped create a memorable onboarding experience, including Spencer Baird, Thomas Irvin, Saúl Guinto Salinas, Olivia Cleary, Casey Schlatter, and Christine Cantu.

Humans are the primary source of novel innovation, and innovation grows when people have space to learn, collaborate, and challenge ideas together. That’s what the is all about.

Last week, Inmar’s technology organization came together for a multi-day conference centered on collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Across technical sessions, hackathon challenges, and team discussions, associates explored emerging technologies, shared expertise, and exchanged ideas aimed at improving how we build and scale solutions across the business.

More than anything, the week reflected the strength of our culture — driven by curiosity, the power of we, and a collective mindset toward solving complex challenges together.
