Today we celebrate a very special milestone. Amit Martin is marking 5 years with Simon Hegele!

Over the past five years, Amit has made a real impact on our IT landscape. He led a complete overhaul of our network infrastructure, significantly strengthening our cybersecurity and the protection of company data. He also drove several major ERP system upgrades that improved both speed and user experience and played a key role in onboarding important customers.

But Amit brings much more than technical expertise. He is known for consistently high-quality work, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and for being a reliable, supportive team player you can always trust. Congratulations, Ken, on an inspiring career journey!

Ken began his career with Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions as a Medical Equipment Installer, where his skills and work ethic quickly stood out.

Before long, he advanced to Medical Equipment Installations Team Leader, leading Cathlab installations and guiding his team through complex projects. Eager to continue growing, Ken participated in a training program designed to support the transition into an office role, and was subsequently promoted to Regional Manager, overseeing our technicians across the Texas region. In April 2025, he stepped into his current role as Training and Process Improvement Manager.

He is a caring and ambitious member of the team. His dedication to helping our employees succeed, along with his drive for continuous improvement, makes him an asset to everyone around him.

Andrew joined Simon Hegele in 2021 as the industry began its recovery from the COVID pandemic, stepping into a newly created role providing servicing support to customers across the Melbourne region. After two years, he transitioned to a full-time Installer position, traveling extensively across the ANZ region and beyond. Since then, Andrew has earned Team Lead status for CT and PET products, a testament to his dedication and growing expertise.

Adnan has been a part of over 129 installations/deinstalls and relocations in over 6 different countries while working for GMED. He has also helped train and mentor many leads and second installers. He is one of the most requested leads with our customers to do MRI installs. Adnan is a great asset to our company and has built great relationships in the field with our customers. Our CEO, James Nestel, attended Latin America's largest medical imaging conference in São Paulo together with our colleagues from MR In Site last week.
