Woodinville Custom Wines is a premier custom crush facility in Woodinville Wine Country, supporting boutique wineries with state-of-the-art equipment and expert production services. We’re hiring a full-time Cellar Assistant to join our hands-on, fast-paced cellar team.

What You’ll Do
• Support all cellar operations: crush, fermentation, racking, blending, sanitation, and bottling
• Perform barrel work, pump-overs, punch-downs, and fruit processing
• Operate pumps, presses, and forklifts (training provided)
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards
• Work extended hours during harvest

What We’re Looking For
• 3 years Cellar or production experience preferred (or winemaking certification)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Comfortable in hot/cold/wet/noisy environments
• Must be 18+ and able to work overtime
• No relocation or visa sponsorship
