Big news from the Stafford Technology family!

We are beyond proud to announce the promotion of Connor Hansgen to Client Solutions Manager, Technology. 🎉

Connor joined us back in February 2021 as a Technical Recruiter, and in just over 5 years, he has grown through every role we could put in front of him. Technical Recruiter ➡️ Senior Technical Recruiter ➡️ Account Manager ➡️ Senior Account Manager ➡️ and now, Client Solutions Manager, Technology.

That journey? It didn't happen by accident.

Connor has a rare gift: he can take a complex situation and explain it in a way that actually lands. He does so differently for every person, depending on how they learn best. He genuinely loves helping others grow, and it shows in everything he does. He's also the kind of person who intentionally surrounds himself with experts and keeps a constant ear to the ground for learning, always looking to level up himself and the people around him.

Oh, and if you've ever had Connor walk into your office on a new start day, you already know he doesn't show up empty-handed. Connor is a certified purveyor of Krispy Kreme donuts, and his clients have come to count on it. 🍩 At this point, it might be in his job description.
