People are sometimes faced with the task of downsizing or liquidating a house of a loved one. This can be overwhelming and challenging. An estate sale can help in removing items while raising money from the items. An estate sale is when a home has a large amount of items that is not needed from(but not limited to) furniture, decorations, clothes, pots and pans, kitchen, outdoor, tools, recreation, and every day items. Sales are typically held inside the home where everything in designated areas is available to be purchased. Preparation for sales include staging organizing and tagging for people to find and purchase items. Sales can be helpful in the loss of family member, moving, or downsizing. I strive to make the family comfortable and understand the aspects of the sale. I work with the families to accommodate their needs and to get the best sales results from each sale. I look forward to answering questions and helping in any way.
