Not All Seat Foams Are Created Equal.

Traditional 2-part polyurethane pour foams might seem convenient, but when it comes to extreme energy management, they fall short:

❌ Brittleness Under Impact: 2-part urethane creates a rigid structure that can fracture or crush completely on the first hit, leaving zero protection for secondary impacts.
❌ Directional Limitations: Standard expanded foams don’t distribute energy evenly across multi-angle forces.
❌ Thermal Degradation: High cockpit heat breaks down urethane over time, leading to shrinkage and crumbling.

🟢 The BSS Advantage: Our custom-molded, isotropic material science absorbs energy continuously from every angle, resists breakdown under severe G-forces, and maintains structural integrity hit after hit.
Don’t compromise on cockpit safety. Upgrade to engineered protection.
