Compliments of the season, We are back in action for 2026.

Due to the clients neglect of waterproofing maintenance on the parapet wall and flashings, leaks occurred during the heavy rainstorms.

Zulu Hydra Service's,came in and waterproofed the parapet walls and flashings & made it all water tight.

This was also our first drone shoot test project, unfortunately the wind was hectic so we did a quick take.

This client's IBR sheeting garage roof had many leaks due to bad roof installation and then on top of that a shoddy waterproofing contractor that did bad workmanship and ripped them off and used cheap quality products as well.

Zulu Hydra Service's ,came in and refurbished the IBR roof using our Multi-Proof Liquid Rubber waterproofing system.

Client was happy with the results,our job was done ✅

This house had leaks all over due to the roof not being maintained over the years.

The house has the oldest roof that we had the privilege to refurb and waterproof with our Multi-Proof Liquid Rubber.

The original main house used to be a mining railway house,which has a corrugated metal roof sheeting that is 128 years old some surface rust but still solid.

We first repaired the roof by replacing all rusted and damage screws and fastening all the roof sheeting etc.

Then we did all the surface preparation to remove surface rust and prep for priming.

We used (Zinc phosphate primer) to prolong the life of the corrugated sheeting.

Then sealing all the vertical and horizontal joints,ridges, flashing and screw heads .

Lastly and Finally coating the entire roof just in time before the rain.

The client gave us a 5star rating 💥

Our first Project Collaborations with Mac Design Studio (Pty) Ltd

Project scope was to Design,Refurbish, Renovate and Project manage .

MacDesign Studio did the Design work, construction and detailed finishing.

Zulu Hydra Service's did the HP Cleaning ,painting works, waterproofing and assisted with project management .

Plascon paint was only used for the entire project.

Ceilings: Painted with Plascon Polvin.

Internal Walls: Painted with Plascon Cashmere.

Doors & Trims: Painted with Plascon (WBE) Enamel .

External Walls: Painted with Plascon Micatex.

Steel: Plascon Industrial coatings(direct to metal) .

1.Balcony Concrete slabs:

Waterproofed with Mapie & Sika cementious system's.

2.IBR sheeting Roofs:

Waterproofed with Multi-Proof liquid rubber sealant.

3.Flat concrete roof: Waterproofed with Multi-Proof liquid rubber sealant.
