Cracked plaster, a screed that lifts, paint that won't stick to a dusty wall. Most of it comes down to one thing: the layers never bonded.

PolyBond is the builder's multi-tool. One bucket does six jobs: bonding liquid, floor primer, screed additive, cement elastomer, waterproofing agent and wall sealer. Mix it into plaster and screeds so they grip, brush it onto old concrete before you patch, prime a dusty wall before you plaster or paint.

It's a water-based polymer from the same family as our dam-lining products, put in a bucket for the person doing the work themselves. Once cured it stays flexible rather than brittle.

A gravel road that washes out every summer isn't a road. It's a standing order with the grader contractor.

Estate and farm access roads fail the same way every time: the surface loses its fines, water gets in, and the base goes soft. Regrading puts the shape back and none of the strength.

SoilTech Mk III is mixed into the top layer of the road you already have, compacted, and left to cure. The soil itself becomes the base, built from what's on site. It's the same stabiliser we supply for mine haul roads and rural road programmes.

If you manage an estate, a lodge or a farm with a road that costs you money every year, send us the length and a photo: 082 886 8699 on WhatsApp.

Pothole, leaking roof or cracking plaster? You can fix all three yourself.

Three Polyroads products, all made in South Africa. AsphalTech cold asphalt goes straight into the hole — pour it, compact it, done. PolySeal brushes onto flat roofs, walls, ponds and dams. PolyBond mixes into screeds and plaster so they stop letting go. The same polymers we supply to mines and road builders, in DIY sizes.

Same rain. Same leak. Same damp patch.

Concrete moves and rigid waterproofing cracks with it. PolySeal is a flexible, fabric-reinforced polymer membrane — when the roof moves, the seal moves with it. Installed by our own Alberton crew across Gauteng, from R250/m² incl. VAT.

Free inspection and quote. WhatsApp a photo or call 011 868 1181.

The first big storm of the season finds every crack you forgot about.

If a flat roof, a balcony, a water tank or a farm dam leaked last summer, now is the time to fix it, while it's still dry enough to work on.

PolySeal goes on as a liquid and cures into a seamless, flexible waterproofing skin. It stays flexible, so it moves with the surface instead of cracking with it. Roofs, ponds, dams, reservoirs, planters: same product, different job.

For small jobs there's a complete kit that covers about 4 m². For bigger roofs and dams we supply 20 L and 210 L, and we'll tell you which primer and how many coats.

Dust on a farm road doesn't stay on the road. It settles on the fruit, it gets into the packhouse, and the people on the picking trailers breathe it all day.

Most farms fight it with a water cart, which works until the sun comes out.

DustTech is the same polymer we supply to mines for their haul roads. Mixed into the water cart at 1 part to 50 and sprayed on, it binds the fine dust into the road surface instead of letting the wheels lift it. Grade first, water the road, spray, and the surface holds its shape between grader passes.

We quote by the kilometre and by the season. Send your road lengths on WhatsApp and we'll come back with numbers

Most potholes aren't a surface problem. They're a base problem wearing a surface problem's clothing. 🕳️

By the time you can see the hole, the damage usually goes right through the crusher run and into the base — sometimes the sub-base too. Which is why filling it with premix keeps not working. You're capping a failure, not fixing it.

Here's the approach we prefer. Premix the in-situ material with SoilTech Mk III, use that to rebuild the base and sub-base properly, then seal the top 25mm with a wearing course.

On a 1m² hole 200mm deep, that works out at roughly R226 against about R1 080 doing it the conventional way. Around 79% cheaper — and it holds, because you fixed the actual problem.

The premix can be bagged in 50kg bags and stockpiled, so your team can grab and go.

Here's the test we care about: can you drive it in February? 🌧️

Plenty of roads look great in August. The honest question is what happens after three days of rain, when the water table comes up and the trucks keep running.

This is where cement on its own struggles. A cement-treated base can be perfectly strong in the lab and still lose a big chunk of its tensile strength once it's saturated — and shrinkage cracks give the water a direct route in. The layer isn't weak. It's just open.

SoilTech Mk III closes it. The polymer fills the voids and reduces the pathways water uses, so the layer keeps its strength wet as well as dry.

On one mine test the treated road measured CBR 160 dry and 148 soaked — it barely dropped. The untreated section next to it? 48 dry and 36 soaked.

Dry-season strength is easy. Wet-season strength is the one worth paying for.

Here's a question we get a lot: can you fix a torn HDPE liner without replacing the whole thing? 🤔

Yes. PolySeal bonds over HDPE, which means a damaged sheet liner can be repaired in place rather than lifted and redone.

The same goes for old concrete: canals, water reservoirs, tanks and structures that have started weeping. Three coats over the prepared surface and you have a fresh, flexible, seamless seal.
And because PolySeal bonds to itself, any future repair is just another patch. No specialist welding kit required.
