1933 King George V Master Progressive Die Proofs in blue. The first shows none of the background design but the King’s Head and background to top of the stamp and shields but lacking detail struck in blue on mount numbered 199A and dated 10.8.32. The second Die Proof shows the complete design except for the background to the Value Tablet in the same colour and numbered 233A. Ex. “Africa in Switzerland”, Robson Lowe (1976) and Peter van der Molen Collection. OUTSTANDING AND EXCEEDINGLY RARE.
