WION Auctioneers Group Auction Rules

1. Sellers
20% (15% on vehicles) sellerโ€™s commission will be deducted from the winning bid amount. All goods are sold as is.

As buyer you agree to not bid on any items unless you are able and have sufficient funds, available capacity, to pay for those goods withi

n 3 days of the purchase. If your bid is the highest when time is up(varying on each lot) and you fail to make a payment within 72 hours you will be removed from the group.

2. The auctioneer will pay out the full sum owed to the seller as soon as payment has been received from the buyer. Payouts may vary between 3 and 5 working days after lot has been awarded to the buyer. Should the buyer fail to pay, items will be auctioned again.

2. Collection
Once the bid is awarded to a buyer, payment within 3 days and collection is the buyerโ€™s responsibility (delivery can be arranged at an extra cost). We are not responsible for damages to goods that are not collected within 1 week of purchase due to space restrictions

3. Storage Fees
Items not collected within 2 weeks after payment has been mad will incur a per day storage fee of 15% of the value of the item.

4. Guarantees
Assure that the item is what you had in mind before you bid. There are no guarantees on electrical goods. You have 24 hours after collection to let us know if something is wrong with the item.

5. Buyers Responsibility
As a buyer it is your responsibility to make arrangements for payment. See pinned post for payment and contact details. If you do not pay for the item you will be removed from the group.

6. POPIA
We wish to share a POPIA disclaimer as all groups need to adhere to this Act as from 1 July 2021. This deadline brings in a few changes including the fact that administration is required to obtain your consent for being a part of this group.
