We are seeking a reliable Graphic Designer (DTP) to join our busy print and design company.

Key Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Efficient, hard-working, and able to multi-task
• Experience preparing artwork for print production
• Proficient in CorelDRAW (essential)
• Ability to follow briefs, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Good communication and time management skills

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Alternating Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm

We are looking for a reliable BOOKKEEPER with SAGE experience, this position requires the following:

MUST BE SAGE ACCOUNTING COMPLIANT (fully literate)
• Check cash up and payment discrepancies report
• Credit clearing
• Petty Cash Clearing
• Bank Import
• Bank Reconciliation
• Bank Deposits
• Invoicing
• Purchases Import
• Allocation of transactions
• Debtors and creditors invoices and Age Analysis
• Debtor Invoice Reconciliation - Loading of bills on Sage
• Supply Manager with supplier payment list
• Statement runs
• Financial Filing
• Follow up outstanding payments

Documents submitted monthly to Auditor:
• Petty Cash Recon - Monthly
• Supplier Invoices - For Vat Purposes
• Supplier Age Analysis + notes
• Bank Statements
• Any Vat claims documentation from Imports

This position is closely overseen by an Auditor monthly.
The Auditor will handle the following duties (not part of Bookkeeper's duties)

• Oversee correct VAT Codes were used
• Oversee that all supplier documents are read in and that Age Analysis match supplier statements
• Yearly Financial Statements
• VAT Calculation + Payment Setup
• Yearly Tax Clearance Certificate
• Yearly BBBEEE Affidavit
• Payroll
• Payslips + Nett Pay Registers
• EMP201 Calculation + Payment Setup.
• COIDA + UIF Payments
• Annual Letter of Good Standing

Renumeration to be discussed in interviewing phase.

There is no request too big or too small for Blitsdruk Knysna. We love thinking outside of the box and working closing with our clients to create their vision and dream.

This project is very close to our heart. Our client asked us to create a visual for her new premises that was soon opening. Our brief was simple - she wanted a very natural and "earthy" vibe and we were tasked with designing her logo and branding, desgining a visual for whole shop interior, and printing all of the materials.

We tried our hand a some 3d design software to give our client the best possible visual of what her shop could look like prior to her business opening.
