What We’re Looking For:
• 🚗 Valid Driver’s License (Mandatory — no exceptions)
• 🪜 Comfort working at heights safely
• ☀️ Solar installation experience (Highly preferred)
• ⚡ Electrical background (Highly advantageous)
• 💪 Strong physical fitness for outdoor West Coast conditions
• 🤝 Great teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
