Our team loves solving customer challenges and have been doing so for more than 16 years in more than 60 countries around the world. We are also in the business of saving you money, as our CSP (Cloud Services Provider) status enables us to discount your Microsoft licensing and manage your software environment. Widely travelled, the Strategix team are well versed in working remotely. Still, when visiting our Johannesburg and Cape Town offices, it's easy to see why the team enjoy coming home. High-speed internet, great coffee and a relaxed, collaborative atmosphere ensure a cosy and productive working environment. 👉 One, is multi-factor authentication enforced across all critical systems, not just some.
👉 Two, do you know, with confidence, who currently has administrative access across your environment?
👉 Three, when was your last full vulnerability scan, and has everything it found been remediated?
👉 Four, is your incident response plan written down, assigned to named people, and tested in the last twelve months?
👉 Five, are your backups isolated from the systems they protect, and have you actually tested a restore?

A few things we have learned over 20+ years of technology projects, for what it's worth:

👉The best go live is a quiet one. If nobody notices your ERP, infrastructure or reporting changed, you probably did it right.
👉Training is not an afterthought. The best system in the world fails if nobody was shown how to use it properly.
👉Support matters more after go live than before it. Anyone can sell you a project. Fewer partners stick around properly once it is live.
