📢 WE'RE HIRING | QUALITY CONTROL TECHNOLOGIST

Optential Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Control Technologist to join their team in the beverage manufacturing industry.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about product quality, food safety and maintaining high standards throughout the production process.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality inspections and testing on raw materials, packaging, in-process products and finished goods.
• Perform daily product quality analyses, including CO₂, Brix, pH, alcohol content and seam analysis.
• Identify and report non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate quality control records, reports and sampling systems.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management and Food Safety Systems.
• Participate in GMP audits, hygiene inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with FSSC 22000 certification and ongoing compliance.

🎯 We're looking for someone who:
• Has strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Understands quality control processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Is proactive in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
• Can collaborate effectively with production and warehouse teams.
• Is committed to maintaining food safety and quality standards.
