Many hands make light work!

House Botha is almost ready, and today we took a moment to celebrate the team behind it with a well-earned braai.

A home like this doesn’t come together because of one person. It’s the result of everyone playing their part, putting in the hours and working together to bring the vision off the page and into reality.

And what a home it is! A beautiful double-storey residence overlooking the valley, with floor-to-ceiling windows, premium finishes and an outdoor braai area to soak up the view.

We’re proud of the house, but even more proud of the people who helped build it.

A modern build, engineered with purpose

52 Villiers Road is a boutique 16-unit apartment block built for longevity and modern living.

Compression-force columns, concrete beams, and slab construction form the backbone of the development. A central courtyard draws in natural light and fresh air, while open-access walkways create a seamless connection between the building.

The striking slatted stairwell, framed by expansive glass panels, adds both visual interest and light to the building's core. Finished with an asymmetrical roofline and clean architectural detailing, the result is a development that's as functional as it is striking.
