Room integrity testing (door fan testing)
New in-house service at Multi-Net Systems.

Your suppression system is commissioned and signed off. But if the room leaks, the agent drains away through door seals, cable penetrations and floor voids before it's finished the job.

A room integrity test measures exactly that: whether your enclosure holds the agent for the retention time ISO 14520 and NFPA 2001 require.

Retrotec certified technicians, Retrotec equipment. For data centres, server rooms, control rooms, switch rooms and archives running HFC-227ea (FM-200), FK-5-1-12 (Novec 1230), inert gas (Inergen/IG-541).

Meet Benard and Damien, our Retrotec certified room integrity testing specialists.

The suppression system is installed. But will the room actually hold the gas? Gaps around door seals, cable penetrations, raised floors and ceiling voids let the agent drain out long before it's done its job.

A room integrity test (door fan test) tells you whether your enclosure keeps the agent in for the full retention time required by ISO 14520 and NFPA 2001.

For data centres, server rooms, control rooms, switch rooms and archives protected by HFC-227ea (FM-200), FK-5-1-12 (Novec 1230) or inert gas (Inergen/IG-541).
