From pilot stage to market traction, what an incredible journey for Nomfundo Makhoba, founder of Property Fusion and winner of WomHub’s Female Funding Fit Programme, ran in partnership with France in South Africa, Lesotho and Malawi.

Nomfundo joined the programme at the pilot stage of her business, with a vision to transform the property space through technology. With €10,000 in catalytic funding, combined with the programme’s investment-readiness support, mentorship and ecosystem connections, Property Fusion has continued to evolve and make meaningful strides.

Today, Property Fusion is moving from product development into active market engagement, securing its first business clients, generating recurring revenue, activating its platform across key South African cities, and building strategic partnerships to support its next phase of growth.

This is exactly what catalytic capital is about, backing promising founders early and giving them the tools, confidence and support to turn ambition into sustainable growth.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Nomfundo and the Property Fusion journey, and excited to see what comes next!
