WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR B-BBEE VERIFICATION ANALYST
Fidelity Verification (Pty) Ltd is looking for a highly competent, experienced and results-driven Senior B-BBEE Verification Analyst to join our team.
📍 Location: 17 Fisant Avenue, Fourways

Key Responsibilities
* Independently manage and conduct complex B-BBEE verification engagements.
* Review and analyse client evidence and supporting documentation.
* Verify applicable B-BBEE scorecard elements including *Ownership, Management Control, Skills Development, ESD and Socio-Economic Development.
* Perform complex B-BBEE calculations and determine applicable scores.
* Prepare accurate, complete and audit-ready verification files and reports.
* Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to junior and mid-level analysts.
* Ensure compliance with applicable B-BBEE legislation, Codes, Sector Codes and SANAS requirements.
* Assist with SANAS assessments, audits and corrective actions.
* Maintain professional client relationships while upholding independence and impartiality.
Minimum Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business
📚 B-BBEE MDP will be advantageous
💼 3+ years' practical B-BBEE verification experience preferred
⭐ Proven experience conducting complex B-BBEE verification engagements
⭐ Experience within a SANAS-accredited B-BBEE Verification Agency will be an advantage.
Essential knowledge: B-BBEE Act, Amended Codes of Good Practice, Sector Codes, verification methodologies, ownership, management control, skills development, ESD, SED, YES, Priority Elements, Discounting Principle, Enhanced Recognition and SANAS requirements.
