We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Security Sales Administrator to oversee all sales activities within our Security Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and driving innovative strategies to improve and grow company sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new clients across local and regional markets.
- Direct, coordinate and oversee all sales activities.
- Prepare sales budgets, projections and approve expenditures.
- Track and analyse sales statistics and performance metrics.
- Handle and resolve client complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Advise distributors and dealers on company policies and procedures.
- Manage and forecast the sales process and performance.
- Set and achieve sales targets with the support of the team.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify market trends, patterns and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales administration tasks.
- Respond to customer enquiries and obtain missing information.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Conduct client visits and ensure satisfaction with company offerings.
- Stay informed about emerging markets, new products and competitor activity.
- Manage and update customer pricelists.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Qualification in Sales or Marketing (advantageous).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales role, preferably within the Security industry.
- Proficiency in SAP.
