We're hiring: Pre-Opening Operations Coordinator 🚀

A client of ours, a new private wellness workspace and social club in Mount Pleasant, Harare, is looking for a hands-on operator to set the standards and get everything ready. Be the first face members meet and the person who makes sure the place works, every day.

Required:

✅ 3+ years' front-of-house or hospitality experience
✅ A hands-on, practical, solutions-focused approach
✅ A valid Class 4 driver's licence
✅ Comfort with technology and admin systems
✅ Strong communication and a service mindset

Full-time role with real responsibility and growth, membership, meals on shift, a phone/data allowance and fuel or mileage.
