Loving the wintery morning light across the sea, the blustery westerly wind…not so much!

We are right at that tipping point here on the Bellarine; I’m noticing that fruit tree buds are about to bloom, the wattle is a wild riot of gold, the mornings are a little lighter, days are a tad longer BUT…the boss in the house is still winter and the wild wind won’t let us forget!

Each offering is dreamt up, pondered upon and then rigorously played with before you enter my studio. I road test it all and tweak as I play.

Nothing I do is ‘one size fits all’ because one size fits just one and maybe not even that! There are over eight billion sizes in this world when it comes to wellbeing!

Qi Gong is an ancient moving meditation.

Just begin to practise, then keep practising.

I promise you every time you take some time to meditate in this way, you’ll feel the benefits.

Add healthy food, fresh air and time in nature…

Life will become more beautiful.
