We are like passing ships in the night 😂🤍
This week we farewelled our beautiful Mol as she heads on maternity leave for a very well deserved rest before she welcomes her beautiful baby boy 💙

I know you all love Mol as much as I do 🤍 She is the kindest, talented, most welcoming and beautiful person on the inside and out!

We will miss her so much and can’t wait to have her back next year 🫶🏼

After a beautiful little break for maternity leave, I’m officially back in clinic and taking bookings through to the end of 2026 ✨

Officially on maternity leave 🥹🤍
I had my last day in clinic today before welcoming my baby boy into the world 🐣💙
Thank you SO MUCH to everyone for sticking with me through the baby brain, running to the toilet and trying my best to squeeze everyone in
I truly value all the support from all of the beautiful clients more than I will ever be able to explain!
Molly will look after you all while I am gone & I will see you all in a couple of months (hopefully a little less out of breath 😂)

It’s almost that time again 🥹 (how)
There is very few appointments remaining with Elli before she heads away for baby boy 💙
Her last day in salon will be JUNE 11th, and she will be returning first week of October ready for the Christmas madness!
Please book in advance if you would like an appointment before she leaves, and do not hesitate to reach out we will make sure we get you in before she goes 🤍
Our beautiful and talented Molly will also be around to look after you all in the mean time

What causes fine lines?
Genetics - our genetics will determine both the timing and location of fine line development
Environmental stressors - increased oxidative stress breaks down collagen, speeding up the ageing process
Sleep position - regularly sleeping on your side or stomach can lead to ‘sleep lines’ to form, especially on the cheeks and around the eyes. This may also cause asymmetry in the development of fine lines or the effectiveness of your treatment
Lack of sleep - impairs skin repair and regeneration
Dehydration - reduces elasticity and the plumpness of our skin

A small snippet into what our facial muscles are responsible for!
Some muscles are lifters—like the frontalis (raises your brows) or zygomaticus (helps you smile). These give your face a more open, youthful, and positive look.

Others are pullers—like the depressor anguli oris or platysma. These drag features downward, contributing to frown lines or a tired appearance over time.
