Our newly released Tétaz range, specifically the Pinot Noir, has already achieved a 96 point Halliday review.

"Hand picked from Bellbrae's 26-year-old, MV6 clone-planted vineyard. 30% whole bunches. A bright, medium garnet. A delicate and nuanced bouquet of wild strawberry, rose petals, and sweet spice, with a little sous bois starting to emerge. This all follows through onto the palate, which is medium bodied, very even and with gently chewy yet fine-grained tannins. It's singing today and, I imagine, will still be looming good for four to six years from now."

We’re thrilled to unveil the 2023 vintage of our 'Bird Rock' Pinot Noir, a wine that carries the legacy of a label that continues to gain recognition. After being awarded Best in Show for the Geelong region at the 2024 Australian Pinot Noir Challenge, 'Bird Rock' has become a symbol of both regional excellence and the unique character of the Surf Coast.

The 2023 release showcases a pure nose of violets, raspberry and delicate florals, leading into a silky, finely textured palate. There's a wonderful balance of natural acidity and fine-grained tannins, giving the wine elegance, length, and a finish that hums with vibrant fruit. It's a wine that speaks of place and precision — savour it now or cellar with confidence until 2035.

Crafted from carefully selected fruit from our Original Vineyard planted back in 1999, and made with a light touch, it’s a wine that captures both place and season — a true expression of Bellbrae.
