Stop comparing yourself to someone else’s Year 20.

I’ve just switched from a 25m pool to a 50m pool and wow… they are not the same. No cheeky little breather at the wall 🤣

Jenna Kutcher started the Goal Digger podcast in her garage, recording in a parked car with iPhone headphones and pillows on the dashboard, long before it hit 100+ million downloads.

We do the same thing in business. We see the highlight reel, the Grammys, the top‑rated podcast, the “massive launch”, not the years of invisible work it took to get there.

This is your reminder that the work you’re doing right now is exactly what your future success is built on. Keep going.

Funnels don’t have to be complicated. They’re simply a way of taking someone from awareness to conversion, a simple path that guides people from “I just found you” to “I’m ready to buy.

Here are 6 commonly used funnels in online business.

1️⃣ Lead Generation — turning strangers into subscribers
2️⃣ Sales — turning subscribers into buyers
3️⃣ Upsell — increasing the value of each buyer
4️⃣ Retention — keeping members & customers longer
5️⃣ Referral — getting clients to bring in new clients
6️⃣ Retargeting — bringing back people who didn't convert

Right now, I’m spending my time inside my lead generation funnel, refreshing the nurture sequence that builds like, know and trust after someone first enters my world.

You don't need all 6 funnels straight away. Start with one, get it working, then layer in more as your business grows.

And remember to review and revisit your existing funnels as things evolve. What worked in the early days often needs tweaking as you grow.

Sometimes you’re so deep in the backend, the systems, the workflows, the Kajabi build…

you don't see the impact what you do is making.

I was invited to a client event earlier this year and it was the perfect reminder.

Sitting in a room with 650 people (plus 100+ online) experiencing a program I helped build…

it hit me just how much impact this work has.

Knowing I helped bring to life. I honestly felt overwhelmed in the best way.
