We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the NT Government’s Education Management Transformation Program (EMTP) on a major digital transformation initiative. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong business analysis capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work across complex project environments to capture requirements, document processes, and support solution delivery.
→ Location: Darwin, NT
→ Contract Duration: Contract Until 30 June 2027
→ Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and digital transformation
🔍 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱
→ Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to elicit and document business and functional requirements
→ Analyse current business processes and develop future-state workflows, including BPMN 2.0 and UML use cases
→ Support requirements traceability, solution documentation, and business analysis outputs across the project lifecycle
→ Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to support implementation of COTS and custom applications
→ Contribute to testing activities, including test planning, ex*****on, and requirements clarification
✔️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
→ Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex business or digital transformation environments
→ Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, information analysis, and stakeholder facilitation
→ Experience supporting end-to-end business systems projects, including planning, design, testing, and system integration
→ Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suite
→ Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced teams while managing competing priorities and tight timeframes

We are looking for a highly capable Program Support Officer to provide high-level program, project, and executive support to the Digital Transformation Program of the NT Government’s Education Management Transformation Program (EMTP). The key parts of this role are to monitor governance activities and support the development and implementation of strategies, projects and policies.

→ Location: Darwin, NT
→ Contract Duration: 12 Months (Fixed‑Term Contract)
→ Experience in change analysis, stakeholder communications, digital transformation

→ Provide high-level administrative and program support, including coordinating executive meetings and documentation
