And that's a wrap! It has been a really busy year for our little boutique firm as we continued to service our loyal clients whilst undergoing cancer treatments throughout the year. I am thankful to say that I am officially in remission and will be taking a couple of weeks off during the Christmas break to celebrate life with family and recharge my batteries. Thank you all for your support! Being able to continue work during treatments meant that I was able to maintain a sense of normality in my life, pay the bills and look after my family and gave me a continued sense of purpose and joy during the year. I really do love what I do!

I am looking forward to starting afresh next year. The ATO will be rolling out a few new things during the next 12-24 months like payday super. Accountants are also faced with more regulations and rules issued by the Tax Practitioners Board that affect how we provide our services to our clients too. It will be a year full of more change! We will be able to steer you through those changes when the time comes. In the meantime, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a safe, healthy and prosperous 2025.
