Talent Advisory’s Managing Director, Jason Reed will be presenting a WorkSafe Tasmania webinar, When Claims Escalate: The Decisions That Drive Risk.

The session will look at the practical decisions employers make during workers compensation claims, and how those decisions can either help get things back on track or increase risk.

Talent Advisory is working with an established Hobart roofing and cladding business looking to add experienced Roof Plumbers and 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentices to their team.

For experienced Roof Plumbers, there is $40 to $48 per hour on offer depending on experience, along with a company ute, uniform and permanent full time employment.

For apprentices, it is a genuine opportunity to continue your trade with above award wages and plenty of exposure across roofing, fascia, guttering and metal cladding.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established Northern Tasmanian electrical business seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician.

The successful applicant will also hold a current Electrical Contractor's Ticket and be capable of acting as the nominated manager for the company's Tasmanian Electrical Contractor Licence.

This position will initially involve residential service, maintenance and fault finding, with solar, battery storage, EV charging and larger project work forming part of the business's growth strategy.

The ideal person will be commercially minded, take ownership, provide exceptional customer service and be looking to grow with the business. As the company expands, there is genuine opportunity to step into a leading hand or operational management role.
