Regional organisations carry enormous responsibility. Sometimes they just need a fresh set of eyes.

Padthaway Wine Region came to us frustrated. High-achieving, long history, real credibility but struggling to fill executive roles and communicate their value to the people around them.

We ran our Participation and Engagement Audit. They left with frameworks, a clear action plan, and a path forward.

This is the work Regional Collective was built to do.

Today was a milestone. Settlement and it feels like the dream is getting some colour.

We have the trades in for a month and then we cannot wait to share , a place where regional people come to work, connect, and build something worth staying for.

Social media for so many clubs & businesses is visibility and an easy way to scale or remind locals you’re still here. But - not everyone loves it and that’s ok.

The good news if we have a new member that does love it and has capacity for new clients. We’re not talking super fancy (but we can) even just the day to day stuff. No job is too small.
