MEET JANETT | OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER PROCESSING SUPERSTAR 👋

Janett has been an important part of our team for 10 years! Over the years, she has become a familiar and friendly face to so many of our local customers.

Her role involves customer service, processing and dispatching orders, making sure orders are picked, organised and sent out on time so our customers receive what they need, when they need it. She plays an important part in keeping the orders moving and making sure everything gets where it needs to go.

One of Janett’s favourite things about her job is getting to serve her local customers. She also loves getting out of the office once a fortnight to visit her customers out West — because sometimes you just need to escape the office and have a good catch-up!

We’re very lucky to have Janett as part of our team. ❤️

MEET JOEL | CUSTOMER DELIVERY SPECIALIST 👋

Joel has been an important part of our team for many years, and this September he reaches an incredible 21 years with us! 🎉

Joel’s role includes making daily deliveries to our customers, as well as helping around the shop to make sure the day-to-day runs smoothly. Nothing is too big or too small for Joel — he’s always willing to lend a hand and does it all with a big smile! 😊

One of Joel’s favourite things about his role is seeing his regular customers when he’s out on deliveries. He also loves being able to support his co-workers and help wherever he can.

We’re very lucky to have Joel as part of the team. If you see Joel out and about on his deliveries, be sure to give him a wave and say hello! 👋

MEET SOPHIE | GOODS RECEIVER / DISPATCHER
ALL-ROUNDER 👋

Sophie has been an important part of our team for 3 years. She originally joined us part-time while she was still at school and went on to successfully complete a traineeship with us.

Her role involves receiving and dispatching stock, helping out wherever she is needed around the shop, and supporting our Back-to-School team during the busy season. Sophie is always happy to lend a hand and help keep everything running smoothly.

One of Sophie’s favourite things about her job is seeing her regular delivery drivers and, of course, coming to work each day to see her favourite co-workers!

We’re very lucky to have Sophie as part of our team.❤️

MEET KERRY | ACCOUNT MANAGER 👋

Kerry has been part of our team for many years, originally working with us for 16 years before moving down south to be closer to family. We were thrilled when Kerry returned and came back to her position as Account Manager.

Kerry’s role is all about looking after our customers, managing accounts and building strong, lasting relationships. She responds to customer enquiries, prepares quotes, helps resolve any issues and works hard to make the ordering experience as smooth and easy as possible.

What Kerry enjoys most about her role is working closely with customers and getting to know your businesses. She loves helping with enquiries, solving problems and making your day-to-day ordering experience easier.

One of the most rewarding parts of Kerry’s job is seeing customers return time and time again, knowing they trust her to support their business.
